We believe it’s better to design by price, than to price by design!

Our process allows you the opportunity to see what your budget can get you before we design blue prints and before we take a deposit. We are so confident in our system that if the square footage or options of your home don’t change when the prints come back from our designers, we are prepared to sign an agreement guaranteeing that price. If the size or options have changed then the price will go up or down accordingly.

Here's how it works:

We sit down in what we call our “Home Strategy Session”

Preliminary Costing: This is done by getting information from you about the home square footage, number of rooms, basement development, type of flooring, size of garage, number of doors, windows, cabinets, bathrooms.

Choosing the Type of Exterior: roof, stone, decks, construction of walls 24” on center or 16”on center, Plywood or Oriented Strand Board (OSB) walls.

Choosing the Type of Interior finishing: baseboard size, doors casing, ceiling finish, flooring options.

Specialty Options: type of heating system, air conditioning, media room.

After deciding on all of the above features together, we will have come up with a preliminary budget and template for our designers to use to design your new home plans.

The options you choose, unlike traditional "Specifications," will be designed by you with your budget in mind, giving you everything you need to make a decision that’s right for your family.

Then you decide before we take a deposit.
